Billing Questions
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With monthly billing, you pay $4.99 each month. With yearly billing, you pay $39.99 up front for the entire year, which works out to just $3.33/mo — a savings of over 33%. Both plans include identical features.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). When you cancel, you'll retain access to Premium features through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New Premium subscribers get a free trial period to explore all Premium features before being charged. The trial length is shown at the time of sign-up in your app store. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
How does auto-renewal work?
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal is handled through your app store, and you'll be charged the standard rate for your plan.
Can I get a refund?
