App Not Loading or Crashing
  1. Make sure you have the latest version installed from your app store.
  2. Fully close and reopen the app.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Check your internet connection — AI Chat and devotionals require an active connection.
  5. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall. Your data is synced to your account and will be restored when you log back in.
Subscription Not Activating
  1. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you used to subscribe.
  2. Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
  3. Verify your subscription is active in your device's app store settings.
  4. Still not working? Email us at [email protected] with your account email and app store receipt.
AI Chat Giving Unexpected Answers
  1. Try rephrasing your question for clarity.
  2. Ask the AI to provide specific Bible verse references so you can verify.
