Delete Your Account
We respect your right to control your personal data. If you'd like to delete your Freely Given account and all associated data, follow the steps below.
What Gets Deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:
- Your account profile and email address
- All chat and conversation history
- Bookmarks, highlights, and notes
- Reading plan progress and streaks
- Devotional reflections and prayer notes
- Focus session history and badges
- Notification and email preferences
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account:
Please include:
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address associated with your account
What to Expect
We will process your request within 7 days and send a confirmation email once your account and data have been permanently deleted. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
